What you'll be doing
- Providing assistance and service to support the BIRDHOME team as necessary
- Determining clients’ needs and be willing to work to fulfill them
- Assisting and helping coordinate lead generation and sphere touches
- Tackling any problems that arise with a good attitude
- Helping to prepare and manage any necessary paperwork with clients, vendors, and other business relationships
- Developing networks and relationships with people inside and outside of the real estate industry
- Gaining knowledge about real estate markets and best practices
Requirements
- Previous experience or a desire to gain experience in the real estate world
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate, pleasant and trustworthy
- Google Apps familiarity (Gmail, Drive, Sheets)
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Real Estate License, or actively pursuing
