What you'll be doing

  • Providing assistance and service to support the BIRDHOME team as necessary

  • Determining clients’ needs and be willing to work to fulfill them

  • Assisting and helping coordinate lead generation and sphere touches

  • Tackling any problems that arise with a good attitude

  • Helping to prepare and manage any necessary paperwork with clients, vendors, and other business relationships

  • Developing networks and relationships with people inside and outside of the real estate industry

  • Gaining knowledge about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements

  • Previous experience or a desire to gain experience in the real estate world

  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Passionate, pleasant and trustworthy

  • Google Apps familiarity (Gmail, Drive, Sheets)

  • Willingness to learn and grow

  • Real Estate License, or actively pursuing
